Minimum stay 2 nights. Around the holidays and special events the minimum stay generally requires 4 nights. On Kingsday (27th April) and the 31st December it is not possible to check in, on the 1st of May and the 1st of January it's not possible to check out. This means you must include these days in your stay.

Making a booking at our B&B means that you accept our House rules and Cancellation Policy:

• A reservation becomes effective as soon as we receive credit card details.
• If the room is cancelled 7 days or less before the arrival date, or if you do not show up, or if you choose an early departure there will be 100% charge for the entire stay. 
• Note; Free Cancelations must be made 8 or more days before the arrival day, a day start at 00:00 UTC/GMT+01:00! We advise our guests to take travel insurance. 
•  Your confirmation by credit card details constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy;

Check-In and Check-Out/ Late Arrival

• Our check-in time is from 14h00 to 19h00 in order to guarantee a smooth arrival, and your hosts being available to welcome you to Keizershouse Amsterdam;
• We would appreciate you to notify us, by phone or by email, whenever you plan to arrive after 19h00;
• Check-out time is 11am daily. 
• Payment is due upon check-in.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard in Euros.

NO SMOKING/DRUGS/PARTIES We have smoke detector in all the building. Our property is totally no smoking.
Drugs and parties are forbidden. We offer a very relaxing place so we expected also a quiet behavior.
And sorry, we do not allow pets.

Cancellation by Us

• We may cancel reservation 60 days before arrival without paying compensation and  another accommodation is not organized for the guest/customer.
• We may cancel reservation at any time prior to arrival if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events.
• We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
• Paid down payments are credited to the account of origin.
